I'm Kari Willers
Welcome to this safe space, where your journey to understanding and transformation begins. The process of connecting the mind and body is truly life-changing and starts with paying attention to our body. By recognizing the link between our physical sensations and thought patterns, we can identify the sources of stress and how it affects us physically. I use a somatic-based approach to shift negative thoughts into constructive, positive ones. By practicing different breath techniques, combined with somatic experiencing, we can connect with our bodies, letting go of emotions and promoting a greater sense of well-being.
